Today, around 4 am (eastern time), I was banned by Mirromage for 1. using bounty locate to raid people, 2. griefed and 3. for spawn killing.

1. there are no rules saying that you can't use /bounty locate to raid people.

2. I didn't griefed anything. The only thing I did was putting cobblestones in the way of some people so they couldn't get me while I stole from them.

3. I "spawn killed" a guy only because I was trying to raid his house but I couldn't do it without killing him because he kept respawning. That's a kind of combat logging, no?

1. "However, there are certain guidelines and common sense that you will have to follow." Straight from the rules.

2. You can't just make a cobble wall to block people from stopping you from raiding. You can't place blocks in someone's home without permission.
