You need to just drop them and recall your payment if u can and find a new host...server being down for the next week due to update cover up maybe if you need that long to find a host...if they think u still didn't pay this might be your only choice...hit me up on skype if u need a donation cus ill donate more if thats what it takes

I think they know we've paid, it's the automated system being shit.

It will take max a few hours to find a new host if we get the server instantly as we did with this host.

Just have to backup the minecraft folder and all our data, transfer. Limitation is upload and download speeds.
