This forum adjusts the post time for the computer's timezone. Also, will we be getting our hero levels back or are we restarting? same question about mining, do we get our levels back?

Yes you'd be getting all your levels back, values are being changed though. So based on the exp multiplier, your exp will be reduced.

For example at Warrior a.k.a 1st tier classes, exp multiplier were crazy high at 3.5 times. If I reduce it to 2 times, I'd just adjust your EXP Gain respectively.

If you are already at 2nd job, don't fret.

For example

1st Job 100,000 EXP with multiplier gain at 3.5 times

2nd Job Let's say you have 70,000 EXP with multiplier gain at 2 times

1st Job
New Multiplier: 2.0
New Value: 57,142

2nd Job
New Multiplier: 1.0
New Value: 35,000

I'd set your class back to 1st Job and you'd just have to relevel it and when you get to the 2nd job, you'd be at 35,000 exp.

okay, the rogue exp multipler was 3.0x though, not 3.5x, assuming that the assassin multiplier was 2.0x as stated on the forums, since wood went from 30 to 20 xp upon gaining assassin class.

Also you first said if I'm in 2nd tier dont fret, but then later in the post you said you were resetting heroes, so which is it?

Read carefully, you will naturally be reduced because your new value for 1st job is 50k+.

Your 2nd job exp however will be kept, but will be adjusted with the new value.

Therefore upon mastering the 1st job and advancing back to 2nd, you'd be able to pick up where you left off.

never mind, i understand. so i would be a rogue with 66,666 exp and once i reached level 50 i would become an assassin with half the xp i currently have, which is around 92000-93000. if you do this, do i get a 200 aldor refund for having my tier 2 class taken away?

i suspect squirrel may be the only case here maybe it would be better to move his exp to the base class and let the extra back into the assassin class again? wouldn't that save having to refund aldors?

does it cost 200 aldors to advance? if it does yes.

anyways, when you do a hero choose, dos your old level stay when you change back? like if i lv 50 rogu, then switch to warrior, do i start as lv1 warrior, then get to be lv50 rogue again if i change back?

exp saves for all classes. it will remain.

I had also thought this might be a good idea. i have 33,333 base exp in Rogue and approximately 46,000 base exp in Assassin. if the new multiplier for Rogue is 2.0x, and the new multiplier for Assassin is 1.0x, i would have 29,333 exp in Assassin and a level 50 Rogue, if this was to be implemented. Also, it does cost to advance your job, 200 Aldors, the same price that it costs to switch hero paths.

EDIT: At least I assume it costs 200 to switch, maybe its only 100 to switch for tier 1 jobs, idk. It costed me 200 to go from Rogue to Assassin.
